Finally, by the mid to late 2000s, the Cavs completed their metamorphosis into the monsters on the court they are today.

Today’s Cavs are an absolute powerhouse. Every single one of the six division titles they’ve earned since 1976 has been in the last ten years. Meanwhile, the five conference titles they have under their belt are from 2007 onward – and the last four were consecutive from 2015 through 2018. Their 2016 NBA Finals win was just icing on the cake. A record like this makes the Cavs one hell of a popular team.
