Rogers Arena is located in Vancouver, Canada and was built to replace the Pacific Coliseum. When it opened back in 1995, the stadium was known as General Motors Place. However, in 2010, GM ended its contract for the naming rights and the building was picked up by Rogers Communications. The 2010 Winter Olympics were hosted at Rogers Arena, although during the Olympics the stadium was temporarily renamed as the Canada Hockey Place. Rogers Arena has also been home to the NBA Grizzlies until they relocated to Memphis and, for a very short period of time, to the Vancouver Ravens of the National Lacrosse League.

Rogers Arena is home to the NHL’s Vancouver Canuck and the NLL’s Vancouver Warriors, but the stadium is often used for UFC fights, wrestling matches as well as concerts. It also occasionally hosts the World Figure Skating Championships and the Dota 2 Esports tournament.
